About our Pastor

Pastor Michael J. Thigpen is the Lead Pastor of Celebration Church at Anderson, which is located in Anderson, Indiana. Pastor Mike has been in ministry for almost two decades. A visionary and leader, Michael has served in ministry at Celebration Church, Columbia, MD, New Testament Church of God, Brooklyn, New York and Sherman Street Church of God in Anderson, Indiana. Michael has a passion for the lost, raising a generation of servant leaders to impact, invade, and infect the world with the love of God and to disciple believers to sustain a strong relationship with our savior Jesus Christ.

Under the anointing of God, he operates in several spiritual gifts and vocations, but most of all under a dynamic teaching gift. He is a preacher who rightly divides the Word of truth with a fresh revelation from God. He is the President of the National Inspirational Youth Conference. He has shared with several various audiences locally and nationwide. The Lord, his wife, First Lady Melanie and their four beautiful children are his first ministries. His amazing journey continues today.
